National Bank of Kuwait prints at 202 x 93 mm, the common Gulf footprint. The layout itself is unremarkable, and that is fine — for Kuwait, the thing that catches people out is not the paper but the currency.
The Kuwaiti dinar has 1,000 fils
KWD is divided into 1,000, not 100. A cheque for KWD 1.250 is one dinar and 250 fils. ChequeMaster's decimal digits setting defaults to 2, and at that setting KWD 1.250 prints as 1.25 — a different amount on a legal payment instrument.
Set decimal digits to 3 in Settings before you print your first Kuwaiti cheque. This is one of the few settings where getting it wrong produces a cheque that is incorrect rather than merely untidy.
Support for three decimal places is one of the reasons customers in Kuwait use ChequeMaster — it is not universal in cheque printing software, and a package that only offers two decimals cannot write a KWD cheque correctly.

Two sizes cover all five Kuwaiti banks, so margin work is minimal if you bank with several.
Getting it printing
Decimals to 3, add the account under NBK, create the cheque book with the NBK layout, test-print on plain paper and check the figures field has room for the extra decimal.
