Pricing and licensing
A free version is available for personal, non-commercial use, limited to two payees and two cheque books, with no vouchers or reports. Cheque printing itself is unlimited and it never expires. Businesses and commercial users need a paid licence — see pricing.
There is a single all-in-one paid edition, bought once. See pricing for the current figure in INR and USD.
No. It is a one-time purchase and the licence has unlimited validity. There are no renewals and no monthly fees.
The licensed software has unlimited validity, limited only by changes in technology.
Updates and support are included for six months from the date of purchase. After that the software continues to work indefinitely; you are simply not entitled to new versions.
No. Each licence activates on one computer at a time. Additional computers need additional licences. If you are replacing a PC we can release the licence so you can activate on the new one.
There is a 7-day money-back guarantee for verifiable cases where the software does not work correctly. Please test on all your printers before purchasing — read the refund policy.
Printing and printers
No. You print onto the numbered cheque leaves your own bank issued, using any ordinary laser, inkjet, deskjet or all-in-one printer. There is no cheque stock to buy and no magnetic ink required.
Yes. Printed cheques are issued routinely by businesses across India and the Gulf. What matters is that the details print inside their fields and clear of the MICR band along the bottom edge.
Usually a margin adjustment rather than a layout problem. If every field is off by the same amount in the same direction, adjust the top and left margins in Settings. If fields are wrong relative to each other, the wrong layout is selected.
Yes. Bulk printing works through a batch in one pass. It was released as a beta feature, so test it on plain paper before your first live run.
Yes. Back-side printing is a separate step, and text you reuse can be saved as a hint so you are not retyping an account number every time.
Banks, countries and currencies
105 bank cheque layouts across 19 countries are pre-loaded, including 37 Indian banks and 30 across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
Yes. The WYSIWYG layout designer builds a layout from a scan of a blank cheque — you import the image, set the width and height in millimetres, and drag each field into place. It is then reusable for every future cheque book.
Yes. The Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars and the Omani rial are divided into 1,000, so cheque amounts need three decimal places. Set decimal digits to 3 in Settings.
Yes, and it is a setting rather than a fixed behaviour — lakh and crore for India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, or millions for the Gulf and elsewhere.
English, Hindi and Gujarati, set per cheque book. It does not print Arabic cheque details — Gulf cheque stationery is bilingual and businesses there fill it in in English, which is what the software does.
Compatibility and data
Not currently. It is a Windows application, supporting Windows 10 and newer. It is built on cross-platform technology, so other builds may follow.
No. There is no direct integration or API connection. You can import and export payees as CSV, which is how most people bring an existing supplier list across.
On your own computer. Your cheque records, payees and bank accounts are never uploaded to our servers. That keeps your payment history private, and it means backups are your responsibility.
The software checks for new releases and notifies you. You download and install to update, which needs an internet connection.
